WAI-powered behavioral outcomes at scale to enhance impact
We move beneficiaries from knowing to actually doing at scale
Billions are spent on social programs. Almost nobody is closing the gap between knowing and doing at scale.
We are.
“Well-targeted help, a piece of information, a little nudge can have surprisingly large effects.” Esther Duflo, Nobel Laureate.
THE PROBLEM
Behavior is the last mile of every social program,
Companies and governments spend billions on social programs. They train, they campaign, and they inform.
But knowing is not doing
(adopt, comply, attend, repay, vaccinate, save…). The GIIN confirms it:
89% of impact investors say they lack transparency on whether their investments actually work. $1.6 trillion was deployed, and almost no one can prove what changed.
WHY NOW?
Social impact is becoming a balance sheet item
ISSB
will require companies to
disclose sustainability-related risks and negative externalities in their financial statements. 16 jurisdictions adopted it, and 20+ are planning to.
Social outcome standards are next. Companies that can show auditable behavioral data now will be ahead when, not if, social disclosure becomes mandatory.

THE SOLUTION
TxC
is an AI-powered behavioral change platform
that diagnoses why people don’t act, designs interventions that move them to action, and delivers compliance-ready outcome data, all through messaging apps, at scale. From digital surveys to board-level reports ready for the financial statement.
Show me the behavior, and I’ll show you the impact.
01
Measure
Diagnose at scale
AI-powered surveys via messaging apps (WhatsApp). An agentic workflow reaches thousands of beneficiaries in days and generates automated board-level impact reports with behavioral benchmarks with behavioral benchmarks.
02 Improve
Change behaviour
Behavioral science interventions co-created with communities. Not awareness campaigns
targeted digital micro-experiences
that move people from knowing to doing. Delivered through the phone they already have.
03 Demonstrate
Compliance-ready outcomes
Structured, traceable behavioral outcome data on a multi-stakeholder platform. Auditable trail from individual response to aggregate result. Aligned with ISSB disclosure standards. Ready for the financial statement.
TRACTION
From building a methodology that reduced teenage pregnancy 52% in one city, to deploying it across health, education, and corporate responsibility for blue-chip clients
Started with one of LATAM’s hardest problems: unintended teenage pregnancy (1 out of every 5 is pregnant). Built a behavioral methodology that scaled city-wide. When the development funding crisis appeared, we pivoted, packaged it, and sold it to the private sector in a multivertical approach.

Verification, Compliance & Community
Platform
(EXPANSION)
The program design comes from the ground, working directly with communities.
We sell one thing: behavior change programs.
Any behavior that can be measured can be improved: health, education, financial habits, sustainability, and compliance. We deliver through messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, etc., etc.). The AI adapts what to say, to whom, and when. But the program design comes from the ground, working directly with communities. That's what AI alone can't do. We measure before, intervene, and measure after to prove it worked. Every data point is audit-ready for financial reporting. Clients stay on the platform, add new behaviors, and measure again. One program becomes a recurring engagement.
Every outcome we verify is structured for financial disclosure, ISSB-ready from day one. And as the infrastructure scales, it won't just carry our results. It becomes the rail for any verified behavioral outcome to reach a financial statement.
DEFENDABILITY
The methodology not the software
On the ground methodology:
Behavioral interventions co-designed with communities. Primary data from the territory.
Full AI pipeline Integration:
From impact reporting to behavior change to compliance-ready outcomes — no one else owns the entire chain.
10x cheaper
Than incumbents. A free measurement layer makes paid conversion a strategic advantage, not a pricing race.
Proprietary dataset:
20+ interventions across health, education, and CSR growing with every engagement.
Network effect:
Every intervention enriches the behavioral outcomes dataset. More deployments → better designs → better outcomes → more clients. Gets stronger with every engagement.
Ecosystem builder:
The gateway platform for turning behavioral outcomes into financial statement-ready data. Not a vendor in the infrastructure layer.
